I come across so many people that want to start a vending machine business. I am always super excited to share knowledge and let them know what they could possibly be getting into.
Before getting into the vending business, I did not account for how temperamental vending machines could be. I am constantly fixing jams, replacing bill and coin receptors, or just plain old trying to understand why something isn't working.
In the beginning, this was super frustrating! The only thing that stop me from quitting was a phone number that was given to me by the first man who sold me my first location. This was the phone number of a man who had been performing vending machine repair for the past 20 years. He also, was willing to teach.
Moral of the story: Learn to make vending machine repairs, or find someone who can.
