Canty’s Candies and Canteen is committed to providing exceptional service and flexibility to our valued clients. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible.

We are happy to provide a full refund for cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled event date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and confirmed by our team to ensure proper processing.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event may be subject to fees due to product preparation, staffing, and scheduling commitments.
